Tofo, First of all you are in need of some facts. All types of aircraft operated by PAG are moneymakers. Your Saab and ATR can't compete. Second, PAG has kicked CAir's ass before...brochet, lac, tadoule ring a bell? PAG choses not to compete with you because you stay out of their hair. Finally, I wo...

Can anyone provide info on the bases, schedule and travel benefits at AT? I think the pay is around $65,000 which is very respectable for a start. Does anybody know how many days an FO should expect to work? Do you have any travel benefits that might allow you to commute?

What is the latest AC total?

Does anyone have an "educated" estimate on how many new hires have joined AC in the last 2 years? What about thoughts on how many they will hire in total during the current boom?

Thanks in advance. :)

Isn't this old news by now? The mystery operator is Skynorth. Not sure if they have their ducks in a row yet though?

Either way, whoever it is will be gone soon. Economically, a 1900 will always lose to a metro, strategically any Manitoban startup will lose to Perimeter and esthetically these people will rather fly on a Dash 8!

Not sure if that salary is above industry standards, but I don't think any other metro drivers pull in $100,000 a year anywhere else? Medevac salary is $85,000. How much do instructors with 500TT make??? Lucky to pull in $15,000 and they work six days a week.

Anyone know the payscale at Skyservice? I know that FOs start at a respectable rate, how about throughout your progression? Are employees and relatives able to fly on SSV for reduced rate?

757FO,

Thanks for your info. What do FO's at SSV normally work in a month? Do you have to head over seas in the summer or is there flying here? Is it hard to work at SSV with a family? Thanks in advance.

Skyservice

Anybody know if and when Skyservice will be hiring? I'm assuming they will be with that new agreement with Maestro.

Transport has killed this proposed ammendment. It's dead. The reasoning is that it made no impact on improving safety. People who break rules will still break them no matter what the rules are.

That BP sounds quite low for someone of your size? I'm not aware of any size restrictions, maybe they'll make you do a stress test or something.
