Re: Paging Algore! Cleanup in isle 7!
I love that shit-eating grin on slaphead Mansbridge at the end though. As if to say yeah, but Murphy's crazy! I bet the brain trust at the Climatechange Broadcast Corp. would have loved to muzzle Murphy on that piece, as the CBC spends so much of its resources bashing the government on its lack of c...

Re: Emphasizing The "Mental" In Environmental
Can somebody tell me what the average operating temperature of the planet is?? If there were an operators manual for earth, what would the max continuos temperature be? 25, 30, 40, 100 degrees C? It’s only us humans with the big brain and opposable thumbs that somehow believe this planet was designe...

PWA's Lockheed Electra in the early 70's. Landed at CYXD at night. It was very exciting! I still remember getting a tasty sandwich with baby pickles and the pretty "stews".

Saw it fly over yesterday evening. What an incredible sight, and the sound of them engines!!! I tried to visualize hundreds of them together heading out for a bombing run. It must have been a very intimidating sight!

Re: Mexican Pandemic
Not sure if this will be the big one, but my wife is a health care professional, and when they talk of the next pandemic, it generates a lot of nervous laughter. One thing is for sure, it's a ticking time bomb.
If it were to happen now...well let's not go there.

Flybabe, you're awesome!!!! :prayer: Liberal rot permeates every corner of Ottawa, especially the senate. I guess there's a reason they call it the RED chamber!!! Harper deserves a medal for lasting as long as he has in that city of ignorance... He is damned at every turn...He could come up with the...

Hey Ogee try this one! "Any man who is under 30, and is not a liberal, has not heart; and any man who is over 30, and is not a conservative, has no brains." Winston Churchill $30 Billion to START!! That's your coalitions first infusion of "vote buying" I mean "stimulous" cash for the poor over worke...

Re: Who else enjoys the opposition making an ass of themselves?
Thanks for the history lesson CD! No, I think I'll keep my original statement. What party has the growing up to do? Could it be the Liberals with over one hundred years of experience still making the same mistakes? They voted DION as their saviour after all, and now they want him to lead the country...

Once again we prove to the rest of the world, and history will show, that Canadians are nice people, just a little stupid!!!! Any other country would be experiencing riots in the street over such a threat, but here in Canada we're asking "Hey are you gonna eat that last Timbit?" The Liberals, NDP, a...

I can't pretend to know the history and complexity of this issue compared to others here, so I won't pretend, but I just want to put forward a question. What effect will oil at $250/barrel have on a population that will be forced to migrate closer to jobs, conveniences, etc, etc? Some analysts are p...

Time to dig out the crayons and colour a picture for some of the children, and you might want to sit down, because you’re probably going to get a little light headed. The adults here are talking about the evolution of the planet. I agree, we are causing the extinction of other species who are also r...

We humans are nothing more than a speck of sh## on the bottom of the the universes left shoe. At any time mother earth can unleash a series of "cleanses" to shake a few of us off. Things that the lefty media will very quickly make you inconveniently forget about global warming, or climate change, or...

Once again the highest court in the land confirms that the air up there is a little thin....and smells a little to much like old red (Liberal) farts. As a parent with a child in school, I welcome any tool/tactic in the defence of their well being. Oh right, I forgot that years of telling my child "J...

Re: Enforcement TCCA Style
I'm curious as to what type of Enforcement would be the most effective then? My understanding is that Canada is an ICAO signatory, which means that in order to play in the aviation world, it must have an enforcement program. How would you guys suggest TC enforce the rules, keeping in mind the above,...

Re: Conservative Party HQ Raided By RCMP
Harper has done a remarkable job when you consider his minority must run the gauntlet of a Liberal dominated media and Senate. I can just imagine talking head Mansbridge salivating over at the CBC when he gets to dictate tonights message. I've reached the conclusion that this country doesn't need a ...
