Re: RV-8

I would keep a look out for an rebuildable engine deal, if one pops up grab it. I know of two projects that stalled towards the end while trying to save enough scratch for an engine. It could be a nice little distraction to tinker at a engine project when you need a break from bucking rivets. Keep u...

The possible custom engine mount is a good point to remember but once solved no longer a factor. Just imagine the laughs when ...

Re: Another NavCanada Question

Hey TTJJ, I have been practicing with the eurocontrol planner through the link you sent me and I have another question for you. Do you need to define a route or does the program know the prefered route between any two locations within the eurocontrol airspace. It looks like the NavCanada tool either...

Re: Electronic Logbook

Sounds like you have the makings for your first road trip in the RV 7 when completed in about ? years. You could stencil little brown bottles just below the canopy rail.

Cheers,

Sad news

For those of you who may have had the pleasure of knowing and working with Mr. Mark Elliot, formerly with Bradley Air Services/First Air and more recently PRM for NavCanada. It is with great sadness to report his very sudden and tragic death. As of yet memorial services have not been organized. Furt...
