U.S. Work

Good day fellow aviators, I was recently in conversation with an operation down in the U.S. and was wondering if any on here could shed some light as to how the process could work? I have looked into it myself and understand I would have to get my license converted first before anything else. First,...

Re: China waves wads of cash to lure foreign pilots

Would a 2500 hour pilot with BE02 and LR35 time/international experience have any shot getting something over in that region?

Re: Wasaya, maybe bankrupt?? maybe not..

It's cash up front with prime plus 2% paid back. B1900 is $9500, the dash is around $15000 I believe and so on. This is paid back over one year.

I was in the same situations year and a half ago, are you actively instructing? If so stay instructing and get the multi-ifr while doing that and throw out resumes to the northern operators. You are in a good time to snag up a multi-ifr gig, more opportunity than myself a year and a half ago!

Re: Flight time limitations app?

Its only for my own tracking, I figured an excel file could be made but I really am not good with working/making that and was hoping that an app already was out there. On top of that it would be the most convenient if it was a app the would work for an Iphone and just be able to plug in the numbers ...

This is one the worst operators in southern Ontario!! not only do I say to run away as fast you can for your own sake but it would be awesome if he can't even fill the position, some of his own employees have refused to get typed on it because of his ridiculous demands. You would have absolutely no ...

Oh come on guys, really!? You are judging a company based on the title of their entry level job?? Wasaya has some of the best working conditions for a young lad looking to gain some experience. I was once that Apprentice Pilot. Got to an airplane within 3 months and flew over 250 hours in the summe...

If your based in YXL with Wasaya on the 1900 you won't be getting per diems, unless you go mx on a reserve and get stuck.

The pendulum of power is starting to swing finally in our favor, I have seen some pretty amazing things happen that would have been unthinkable even 5-10 years ago. To any newly minted CPL holder I strongly encourage to not set your sights so low when there is so much opportunity out there right now...
