How (&%(#%@# difficult is it to simply answer the question and stop whining about everything in life?
The question was how many hours, not please give me your opinion on the new recruits.

Re: Flight Path interview
My status went from received to in progress after one month and I have no news since 2 months. I have received no contacts yet from them, and it’s been almost 4 months since I have applied. I obviously don’t have the minimal time requirements.

Don't forget the GGN guys aren't that much extra people, they need them to staff the aircrafts that are transferred from GGN to JZA. They will need 2 ground schools per months soon enough.

I’d also like to understand numbers on how 200 ggn pilots coming in just before us pool guys will affect our career now if we chose to pursue ac from jazz. Those guys would have been available to AC from GGN... Instead of having 70% of flow, Jazz will now have 90%. There is no downsizing in express...

Basically, they are using the Q400 to sub the Classic routes in western Canada. The Classic is being redeployed in eastern Canada as some SNs are being phased out.

[Well for one they used to have a different type of bond. They used to deduct from every paycheque and put the amount (10,500$) into trust. You had to stay that long to get your money back, if you stayed 1 day less they kept it all. But you’re on here spewing info about a company so I assume you kn...

Re: 10 years ago today Colgan Air 3407
Already 10 years passed... Are we any closer to a 1500 hr rule here? 1500 hr rule for ? It was a recommandation to have 1500+ hr pilots in airline cockpits, and not allow CPL to fly. It is still not in place, and I doubt with the current market that it will become. They did implement an additional ...

Re: North Wright Air
You need to go live up north in the middle of nowhere, making minimum wage for almost a year until you are allowed to fly a plane. Then, you need to sign a 20K Bond for minimum one year, of which in your first year of flying you only get 200 hours anyways. I bet the FO pay isn't much more then mini...
