Re: MAG Aerospace
I've said it before and I'll say it again. One of the most fun jobs I've ever had.

Re: King Air at Gillam, MB
These aircraft are G1000 equipped. Provided you punch in the right fuel load on start up it will automatically calculate what you will have on descent and be reasonably accurate.

For any 250hr person accepting the job, my sympathies that's the best option you could find. No doubt you'll upgrade super quick. After that, get your ATPL signed off ASAP, and once your year is done, leave on the day your bond is done. 2000hrs and an ATPL, you could find a job nearing 100 grand. K...

Based on first hand experience. But I totally agree with you that they will have to come up with a better plan otherwise they are going to run out of applicants real quick.
Overall it's a fun job and a very good company though.

Thousandsof kms on your car for...are you ready....gas only. No food paid for while you travel. Oh, but a bonus at the end....or , a reverse bond it seems like. You work for free for the first month and then they pay you for it at the end. Apparently the annual attrition rate is about 50% who start...

Re: Interview Callback
If Air Georgian is still hiring (and I assume desperate as usual) why not apply there. Sounds like you’ll only have to endure their garbage for a short amount of time, begining your theoretical Jazz seniority sooner as heard provbably taking people ASAP and give yourself a shot at going to AC right...

Re: Handing in resumes N. Ontario - decent operators to visit?
If it's of interest to you, MagAero is a great company and a great way to build some multi pic and earn a good chunk of change at the end of the summer. I went there from instructing with about 1300 hours. It opened many doors and was a fairly easy and fun job. No resume road trip required. But if y...

Re: Wil Jazz hire with instructing time only?
Only experienced arrogant pieces of sh*t need apply then? If I'd have it my way, and worked for Jazz HR, every resume with "Instructor Time" only would automatically go to the garbage; not even the shredder. It's not worth the electricity wasted. Seneca graduates are miles ahead of these individual...
