Re: Sunwing to hire foreigners using the LMO method
Hard to say if its postsble or not. You can find most pay scales online on sites like airlinepilotpay.com likely a question for the MEC I started looking for it in my Contract booklet and got side tracked reading recall rights

A year ago I said "Time will tell". Today we are seeing changes and improvement over last year and g...

Not to mention many pilots from many company's including Sunwing....
Continue questioning Gilles motives if you like, it's a free country after all... For my part I'll continue to question yours Fasken..
Cheers

My understanding is that the relationship between Sunwing and your British partners is very near reciprocal, and well supported on both sides, i...

Re: On-Line poll about the foreign pilot issue
Mr hunter has already counted Wet Leased pilots in a number of news articles. The problem is he only counts it one way.....so sure lets count the wet leased pilots from Canada this summer and put it up against the number brought in this summer on the 767 program and the 13 737's. What would the rati...

Yes Gilles I'd like you to have a hobby other th...

I can tell you that every single Sunwing pilot also wants to see more Canadians flying for Sunwing. Would love to see your sixty friends over here Gilles. I also have some very good friends there at Air Transat. In fact if I was not flying for Sunwing, I would of been applying to work there too! He...

What is ACPA, ALPA , CAW et al doing about this? Scuba_Steve, I can assure you ALPA Canada is very active in this fight, through the past couple years they have made presentations to the government. This is the latest I've seen, it's from our MEC meeting update. "Canada Board President Captain Dan ...

Gilles, you left the second part of the question unanswered. I appreciate what you're trying to do and thank you for it. But what the @&$# is ALPA doing? Seems to me that it should be their concern as well. What's the use for members to pay their membership fees then? It should be one of their numbe...
