I definitely have to agree about the "not stepping on toes" thing...one night I was flying with a guy who was going through a stack of resumes...he came across one from a company I used to work at and asked me if I knew the guy...I said "yes...and he's an asshole"...the resume went into the trash ha...

See...there is the problem...no one cares about anyone but themselves... Go overseas with Borek or TransCap and you'll be over $75k a year with no expenses. UN work will even be tax free. Call Dynamic and go spray the mighty coca plant for $10 K a month I don't want to spray the cocoa or hot chocola...

...you could start such a thing through the CBAA ....for example, if a new company wants to have a private aircraft, they have to hire pilots that are association members or they are denied an operators certificate....from there we could find ways to branch into other areas of Canadian aviation.

isn't that the unfortunate truth...but if you turn down the job, there will always be someone else to take it...they may not be as experienced, but as long as they are insurable, most operators don't care.
