Buddy just had a 25% rent increase after 1 year 1600 up to 2k. Smaller than my old bachelor by 1\3. Buying a condo instead

If you meet ATPL requirements, most places have a matrix for upgrade. So if you have the necessary PIC/ToT requirements then upgrades are a combination of time served, and good behaviour(like prison). I'd go on the 737 it has more value than the q400 pic now, unless you want to fly an ATR.

Next time, follow up with a text or email outlining the snag, and that you discussed with the cfi/mx/owner. Just for clarities sake, then wear your helmet.
