The civilian Cougar Air crash in Hibernia Oilfield with the same type of aircraft the Captain had 6000 hour and the FO 3000 hour.

They're not going to train 737 pilots to fly the Q400 in a couple of weeks. The one list was always a one way street.

Probably not no. The only world airline to survive this will be flag carrier propped up by their government. Many will end up being nationalized too.

It took 10 year of unprecedented economic growth for WestJet to get to a point where it added junkyard 767. Another couple years of more to get nice 787. I wonder if the competition bureau report that was due today will be delayed. Sunwing being bankrupt or close to it must be a big consideration if they will allow AC to buy TS and essentially have a monopoly on that kind of vacation travel.
