Crew screening
I heard a rumor that starting in November there will be mandatory screening for all crewmembers. No more green arrows or randomizers. Did someone get a new position at TC?

Bombardier builds factory. Russia naturalizies factory for security reasons ( just like oil and media). Russia now builds its own Q400s and sells them to other countries like China.

I don't know what happened in this case but i can see how it could happen. The apron is uncontrolled yet there is no advisory frequency like YHZ so you have aircraft pushing off gates and aircraft taxiing in and out and nobody's controlling or broadcasting their intentions. Pathetic for our national...

Accordingly to the Jazz priority list D/H pilots get the j/s before commuters but in the past i have denied the D/H and taken a commuter. Easier to get forgiveness than permission.

Just to add there are some airports in central and eastern Canada that do not have a tower (FSS) where you can get a pre-taxi clearance before you start engines. Sudbury and Saint John are two examples.
