Geeze, reading that you can't help but feel sorry for the guy. Looks like everyone was out to get him and he was just trying to do his best. He didn't even get to ride in the speed boat.

Trying to commute while working 20 days a month is not a good idea from a safety standpoint. Some companies do not allow commuting for this reason. I hope that will be the case here. Once this airline is up and running it will be interesting to learn what kind of duty hours per month a pilot average...
