Re: No signs of slowing yet (Job Ads)

Im saying Air Canada aquiring Transat will require more crews at Air Canada. There was a statement that the merger would slow the hiring. I personally feel itll increase the hiring

Re: Twin otter on the ice

Did Air Inuit spend 15m bringing a heavy lift helo from down south to hoist their duel otter off the ice? Every offstrip operation is gonna have snags, the forces recovery is the real joke

Re: No signs of slowing yet (Job Ads)

This board had 1 job add added to it every 6-9 months and required 5000hrs and a current Navajo PPC for the opportunity to interview for a position in YPL earning the cost of housing and $400/month in 2003.....when you say its slowing down, its not.

Re: 10 years ago today Colgan Air 3407

your suggestion that a pilot out of the Calgary flying club and one that comes through the Lufthansa cadet program at 250hrs are the same quality is laughable military pilots airmanship is shit at that level but they can survive combat

Re: Future 797 single pilot?

if you're saying its cause of the cost of having the 1 pilot on board vs 2 and having 1 pilot on the ground. They would soon find a way to have that 1 pilot being the 2nd pilot on more then 1 airplane at a time. Thats where the real savings would be.
