WANTED Cleveland 6-bolt wheel p/n 40-120

I need an "old style" Cleveland 40-120 wheel that does not have the raised bead around the lip of the assy - preferably new, but I may consider a used one in very good shape. I would need proper certification in either case (green tag from a certified AMO, 8130-3 form, etc).
The attached pic shows the newer style wheel with the bead
