Re: Green lake crash
It's in CADORS now:
At 1914Z, Joint Rescue Coordination Centre (JRCC) Victoria called Kamloops, BC (YKA) Flight Information Centre (FIC) asking for information on a privately registered Piper PA-28R-180 from Kelowna, BC (CYLW) to Green Lake, BC (CBG2) who's emergency locator transmitter (ELT) was activated. JRCC Victoria said emergency services were on the scene tending to a crash at Green Lake. FIC called the pilot of a privately registered Cessna 182P who was almost overdue into CBG2 and requested confirmation that the crash did involve the Piper. The Cessna confirmed that it was the Piper and that emergency responders were on site. JRCC Victoria confirmed one fatality and one injured taken to hospital.
