CMA emergency landing in Vancouver

Single engine landing 26L. Reported fuel leak and minimum controlability. Good job on the crew for getting her in safely.

I wonder what caused both a fuel leak and flight control problems. Maybe it was hydraulic fluid and not fuel? Or some kind of catastrophic failure damaged both systems.

Was a 1900D and they burst a tire on landing.
