There is a difference. The C burns less due to having less powerful engines. Do you need me to connect the dots more than that?

I don't picture you as a dot connector. More as a guy with an axe to grind with Pacific Coastal.
All of the information 5 see online is that the the BFL is 3811 or in one site, just over 3700.
Transport Canada has had some interest in this issue after an accident on a snowy and icy runway. It came out of that that the published numbers for the 1900D do not include icy runway conditions.
Good judgment comes from experience. Experience often comes from bad judgment.
