Aren’t panicky passengers great?

I understand that in a very stressful situation you may panic and do things that aren’t necessarily the smartest, but for crying out loud listen to the flight crew! But then I guess everyone is an expert now.

Yeah I read this article earlier and just shook my head. No sympathy for the ones who hurt themselves with irrational thinking and action. I do sympathize with those that were hurt as a result of their actions and feel charges should be laid. I especially sympathize with the FA.

I especially liked the part about the idiot who wanted to get up during the taxi back, talk about karma.

But ya, a herd of humans is collectively pretty dumb.

Darwin awards weren't far off. Some of the passengers were trying quite hard to win one.

Too bad there was no video of the passengers freaking out.

Oh, and of the fuel truck driver's face before impact. The pilot's too. Let's put it on YouTube.

Then we, and the public, could all have a good laugh / mock them, all in the guise of "educational reporting".

Isn't that what it's all about?
