Interview questions

Post by Blueontop »

Got the invite to meet with Porter recently and was hoping anyone out here would have any knowledge of the interview process such as the type of interview (panel, single), types of questions (behavioral, performance, technical) and especially any type of curve ball questions, if successful do they ask for a sim eval or simply extend an offer for employment? Or anything else I might not have considered?

I feel confident in my skills and experience at this point but any info would be helpful as I prepare!

Please feel free to PM me as well, Thanks!

The interview is panel style (3 people, one from HR).

There is no sim eval. There's usually no immediate "yes" or "no" following the interview, but if successful, you will be contacted later on with a GS date or info that you're in the pool.

The nicest thing about my last interview.......

No HR person or type questions at all. Perhaps they were sick that day.
