To those that may have a bit of experience whether on the receiving end of an applicant's Resume/Cover or having been an applicant yourself.
I am certain one of the worst things one can do is to 'spam' a company with their interest. To avoid, any recommendations as to wait times be it months or hourly experience etc before resubmitting an application ?
Please share your experience and/or tips.

Re: Application Resubmission Wait Time
I would say update every 6 months or whenever something major has been added or changed. If your contact address changed a month later you need to update the file and I would say that in the cover letter. I would say never less than 3 months but if a job add has been posted what's the harm.
