Hi everyone,
Does anyone know if the minimum multi-engine experience (750 hours) asked by First Air is a real minimum (for insurance?), or will they look at someone with less than that but with much higher general experience (ATPL with several thousand hours versus the 1500 total they ask)?
Thank you!

I can't tell you for sure but I know people that got in recently under 1500 and/or 500 total so your chance are good I would say but then again they just but a ad up so that may or may not attract lots of resumer?!

Apply for the jobs you want, not necessarily just the ones you meet the requirements for. (within reason of course)
You won't ever have a chance if you don't apply.
