Is anybody able to provide insight into the current conditions within the company for captains? I am wondering about the usual things; schedules, pay, morale, days off, working conditions, bonds, financial health, are they busy, typical day for a captain, how do the call-outs work, management, life while "on the road" etc etc. What are the good and bad points of the job?
