Good day all,

Just wondering if anyone can share their experience with the program and if you've been through the interview, how that went.

I received the email to select an interview date and I'm just wanting to do my homework.

I went throught the process a couple of months ago;

6500 hrs TT, 1100 MTPIC, 400 hrs jet.

Interview was pretty stright forward, 1 pilot and one lady from HR. Pretty much all behavioral questons; "Tell us about yourself"...."Give an example of when..." so nothing really tricky. This was followed by a multi choice test; mainly basic IFR stuff, but there were a few really 'off the wall' questions which I have never even come across before, and somewhat bizzar to be honest.

They wanted 3 references, WHICH MUST INCLUDE someone from managment, (which I have to say I was reluctant to give as it shows your intentions to your current employer). But all in all I felt it went well and felt quietly confidant afterwards.

Three days later, I got word that they were checking my references, (so I assumed that the interview and exam went Ok). Three days after that, I was asked to submitt to a chriminal background check, (so I assumed that the references checked out).

Then 3 days after that, I got a PFO.... (No, before you ask, I've never had so much as a speeding fine...)

Not sure what happened, or why, as no reason was given.
