Hi,

11 GDOs per month. Pairings are 2-5 days long. Average duty period around 11 hours per day, with some that are longer than 13 hours. Will probably be around 700 flight hours per year.

Thank you for the info, much appreciated. How many overnights do you do per month?

8-12 overnights depending on how you bid your schedule.

Are there guys that have families get to bid where they minimize the overnights, and stay home at nights for the most part?

There is that option but it is seniority based bidding. Most of the senior pilots like the shorter pairings.

We do have a large commuter base that like the longer pairings.
