Alpine Aerotech is a repair, maintenance and overhaul facility for Bell Helicopters that was founded in 1991 and grown from 4 employees to 130 in 2018. Based in West Kelowna, Aerotech has flourished by focusing on customer service, technical expertise, quality of workmanship and delivering what we promise. Aerotech has established a reputation as a high quality service provider to helicopter operators and achieves an extremely high level of repeat customers and referrals.
We are seeking a highly motivated Project Manager to join our team in West Kelowna. This role is suited to an individual committed to advancing their knowledge in a fast paced, team oriented organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Effectively implement the aircraft induction process.
Coordinate with inter-department managers to ensure capacity and resources requirements.
Ensure workflow aligns with scheduled timeline of project and effectively mitigate risks.
Provide accurate estimation, and effective cost control.
Oversee the team productivity, maintaining quality service and workmanship
Communicate to clients effectively and provide exceptional customer service.
Report to the President and General Manager: communicate progress, identify any concerns or opportunities.
Requirements:
• Proven experience in a Project Manager role
• Aviation experience is considered an asset
• Effective in project implementation and time management
• Leadership skills- personal and professional
• Able to develop and sustain performance management
• Ability to analyze, make decisions and problem-solve efficiently
• Strong team work skills
• Results oriented
