Maximum duty for 4 weeks is 192 hrs. Hours over paid at salary/2080.
Any flight hours over 84 in 4 weeks paid at straight time. (Salary/1200)
45 minute report.
Change of duty must be sent by email immediately and a phone call at appropriate time.
Option for a box lunch in lieu of per diems
1.5 time on GDO if you pick up flying.
Training pay +$5000/year
Line indoc +$50/day (per diem)
Line checks $50ea.
Multi PPC you get 5% increase in yearly salary.
Vacation:
1-2 years - 10 days
2-5 years - 12 days
5-19 years - 15 days
20+ years - 20 days
Lost pay for Jury duty etc. Now a unpaid leave of absence.
Unpaid leave of absence for military purposes
4 floater days off per year. (Short notice personal reasons). Carried over to max of 6/year.
50% tuition up to $750 for purposes of flight related training or courses.
Binds limited to $15k/year. Whole amount repayable if you leave in first 12 months. $7500 repayable there after until completion of year 2. No bonds allowed for upgrade. Retroactive for current employees who signed the $20k bond.
Agreement expires 2022.
