Yes it can be heartbreaking, not to mention dangerous, but you have to try. Chin up, and go for it. I have a lot of years on you, and i am returning after a long absence, but i take it a day at a time, trying to be patient, and am enjoying meeting all sorts of new people. Please do not give up your hobbies. They will get you through the seemingly endless hotel rooms.
