Ex. You’re an early 30’s 5000 hour driver, with a mix of 704/705 time and some 704/705 PIC time. Where would you go

Assuming you have an interview at all 4 and aren’t interested in AC.

Sunwing will be the quickest upgrade. Probably also the better lifestyle depending what you’re looking for and what base you choose.

In twenty years time when your kids ask how you got into flying you want to be able to say "work and determination" not "I just kept taking money from your grandparents for type ratings until someone was stupid enough to give me a job"

I'm assuming you're looking for a place to hang your hat till retirement and not just a stepping stone. Not saying Cargojet CAN'T be that, but you'll find multiple threads here talking about how hard on your body nighttime cargo gets. weary of WJ at this point till they get reorganized after all this. So that leaves Sunwing and Transat. No personal experience with either. People at both love both. Transat has widebodies if that matters to you. I dont think you can go "wrong" with either

Cargojet because I live down the street from YHM. Second choice would be Transat. Can't go wrong with heavy jet Airbus time especially if you want to go overseas. Westjet would be my last choice.
