Winter Flying Jobs

Hello,

Looking for any suggestions, ideas or info on jobs that hire for the winter months only.

I am relatively low time pilot, fly for an awesome company in the summer that I plan on going back to next summer. Would like to keep flying throughout the winter. Anywhere in the world, would prefer floats and would prefer Twin Otter as I have a valid PPC (and love the plane), but open to IFR, survey, anything.
