Does anybody know any airline except for EVAS, which can support Permanent Residence application with its job offer?

EVAS does this for Atlantic Immigration Program.

Every company could technically do it. You could try swoop, if they are desperate for experience, you might get hired. Make sure you can travel freely to Canada and the US though.

Perhaps sign up for a year with EVAS and then get your PR through the Atlantic Pilot Program while you're in NL or NS.
