Last I heard (beginning of 2018) it was still something like 2 years of ramp...

As for pay, I'd venture a guess and say probably minimum wage, maybe just slightly above by a buck or 2

Ramp to flight line is typically 6+ months minimum nowadays. Depending on a few factor... I've seen guys get right seat in as little as 3 months recently. Timing is a big part of it but so is work ethic and competence.

Not sure about the wage but you can expect entry level pay for an entry level job.

Once on flightline wages are competitive with the Industry.

Dornier - 1 year bond - 400-500hrs/year
ATR/RJ - 2 year bond - 600-700hrs/year

Overall it's a great northern operator with well equipped aircraft. Dm if you have more questions.

ATR/RJ - 2 year bond - 600-700hrs/year

Per year or per month? The math only makes sense if it's $500 per month assuming the company spends in excess of $10k or more to get you those ratings.

OP: They quoted me 2 yrs on the ramp in the summer of 2018. It may be better now but from the sounds of it, still looking like at least a year. The 3-4 month cases are few and far between so I wouldn't base my decision on that.
