This is a great opportunity to join a truly value driven accomplished aerospace MRO.

We are seeking 2 Paint Shop Supervisors to join our client in their Aerospace Maintenance Repair and Overhaul operations in Dorval Quebec.

One shift is the Day shift at 6:30 am to 2:30 pm Monday to Friday. The other supervisor will work on the evening shift from 12pm to 10:30 pm from Monday to Thursday. Both shifts are based on a 40 hour work week.

Ideal candidates will have management experience in an Aerospace MRO environment or at a minimum, be someone with a strong track record in Painting Operations in a manufacturing or production environment and the ability to step up into a management role.

The successful candidates will have roughly 12 direct reports on each shift to mentor, oversee, and motivate. The team uses paint gun tools, sprayers and paint guns as well as sanding and masking tooling and techniques.

We seek people who are bilingual (English & French) enough to easily interact with the diverse and dynamic team on a day to day basis.
