Re: Wasaya
It says internal/ external posting which likely means they are covering their bases in case nobody internally qualifies. Still it's the first piece of positive news on the job board since the shit hit the fan.

Re: Wasaya
Wasaya is 99% flying to the First Nations communities within the same province, they should be one of the first to recover.
Re: Wasaya
Everyone that flies freight has been busy since covid hit...not a true representation of the industry at the moment.
I guess I should write something here.

Re: Wasaya
Wasaya is still running with 1/3 of its pilots. 4 have been recalled onto the dash as loads are slowly picking up, but lots of people still displaced and laid off. Anxiously waiting for the recall as the lay-off becomes permanent next month. There are a lot of people qualified internally and have applied.

Just curious, why does the lay off become permanent next month?

Re: Wasaya
what does it mean when the layoff becomes permanent? Won't any laid off pilots still be recalled when work resumes? I don't get it
