Air Inuit
Who in their right mind would work for the pittance these people offer? I just continually see these ads from Inuit and they never change. The whole business model needs a complete shake out and it is coming. Air Canada offering 31/hr for a Cat 1. What a farce. CAE and PAL offering peanuts as they clean up on government contracts. It is a mess.

Well, they still attract a good amount of pilots for now.
It's not only the salary but the work conditions.

Work conditions are important. I get that. But work conditions do not pay the bills.

Re: Air Inuit
Air Inuit is definitly not on the same level as other Northern Carriers.
Some F/O on the ATR at First Air make a Dash 8 Captain's salary with Air Inuit.

Re: Air Inuit
Rotation is a big part of the wages and working conditions package…
Re: Air Inuit
If you take the D8 they have the same wages, either you're rotational up north or non-rotational in YUL
Starting around 80K for captain.
