My biggest concern would be upgrading. since it is a non-union shop do they upgrade who they see fit or do they follow an internal seniority list. sitting sideways may seem like a promotion on a jet but unless there is a known path to the right seat I would be finding answers.
Just an average man doing heroes work
Upgrades from S/O to F/O have been very quick in recent times, less than a year in most cases. This time frame is in no way a guarantee, it's based on demand and lately demand has been high. Upgrades are awarded in order of seniority based on date of hire and a lottery system where by each new hire draws a number to determine their relative position within the group having the same date of hire.
It's a great company with excellent prospects and the people here are among the best you could ever hope to work with. Hope this helps, good luck.

Double check before committing.
good luck...
Such a lay-off did not happen, and no one has been involuntarily laid-off at any point since the inception of the company.

Does anybody know what the deal is with the 208's and 1900C's?
Do they hire direct entry 1900 Capts or only promote from within?
Is express all one company with the the 727 op?
Is there flow through from 1900 to 727?
What are the pairings like? All out and backs or do you overday for a couple days in a row?
Thanks
