Hi everybody !

Had a call for an interview...Anyone know what should I expect ?...Every advice would be welcome !

They're really going to quiz you on the avcanada search function. Know that, and it will help you. The entire interview is spoon fed to you in another post. Go find it.

Thanks anyway? Someone took the time to walk you through an interview at an extremely classy organization, all you have to do a quick search. You got a good deal.

Hiring hiring hiring... great to see during times like these. Pretty soon we're going to have to widen the Gardiner Expressway to make room for all the commuters though.

Is it really hideous questions like that? I have one in a couple of days. Havent did an interview in 8yrs. Stupid question. What is SGMS?

I believe, as kindly as possible, that they may have been suggesting you click on the light blue link in the thread to discover that there were previous posts regarding Porter, and that they contained sample interview questions.

This may also be helpful:

Essentially, they are suggesting that you click on the search button in the upper right corner of your screen and when the search page comes up, type Porter interview in the keyword box. When the responses come up click on the light ble hyperlinks and they will direct you to a great many questions, some of which will be attached to answers.

-What is SMS?
-Describe a conflict you've had with a supervisor.
-Do you have any concerns with Porter's business plan?
-What questions do you have for us?

They tell you to bring in at least two references but you'll be spending a long time filling out the application and there is space for up to five references. Make sure you have all your previous information such as addresses and phone numbers. They also want a breakdown of your hours.
I got there an hour and a half early and only had time to finish the paperwork and freshen up before the interview. Translation - get there early.
My understanding is the next groundschool will be July.

From the other forums posted on this.. there isn't really much information (even with the search function), is that because it is really quick? How many questions do they ask or how long is the interview? Is there a sim eval, or medical?

It has everything to do with the interview. If the OP did a search on Porter, he/she can find the answers he/she is looking for, rather than start yet another thread on a topic that has been discussed several times.
