Merger..?

With the merger, could some of the TS flights be operated by AC aircraft...?

More complicated than that. Will have to do with how many operating certificates are in force and how many remain afterwards.

The CTA controls authorities for wet leasing, etc. International Route authorities are assigned to a specific carrier.

Obvious that there will eventually be a rationalization of routes and equipment in order to maximize yield.
