Thanks guys! Super anxious right now! In some places I've read the 2nd interview is easier than the phone interview and in some I've read it's harder! Arghghg not very good at thinking of examples for behavioral questions....I wish I had a list of what they were going to ask lol

Don't worry, I don't think there is anyone who is good with those behavioral questions! They are the worst. ugh.
Please keep us updated! and again, good luck!

The in-person interview was pretty straightforward when I had mine last year. Most of the questions tended to revolve around the ability to handle and cope with stress, especially due to the rigorous course load and material that needed to be learned. I did get a brief tour of the Toronto ACC afterwards. The in-person was pretty short around 45-60 min, whereas the phone interview was around 90 min. Hope this helps. Good luck to all!

Djun, thanks for the info regarding the in person interview.
Are you on a course now? or did you end up getting an offer?

Thanks djun! My phone interview was only around 60 minutes so that f this one is shorter that'd be awesome. :). I come from a retail background so coming up with a stressful work situation is tough..... Well this one time a guy yelled at me cuz we sold out of his favorite toothpaste....sounds ridiculous lol. I think I'm as ready as I can be tho so now its just a matter of waiting till 3pm!

Did you get to tour the ACC?

Why are you uncertain/not that confident? You probably did better than you think. You’ve made it so far into the process! :)

Nothing on my end. I’m sure I didn’t do well enough on my phone interview :p prob too low on the totem pole for them to contact me for in person interview. Oh well, just have to wait out the 18 months to be allowed to re-apply again.

Keep us posted, cheering you on!!!

Sigh no tour, got the feeling they were busy. There were 3 people doing the interviewing. I just don't think my examples were very good or specific enough

All quiet on the western front for me! :(
I thought my phone interview went pretty well.
But I was SURE I failed the in person assessment.
Getting the green light was a shocker. I’m sure I’m low on the totem pole in that respect too.

And Lisa I’m sure it was fine! We are always hardest on ourselves. Was it daunting? Or were they friendly?

All 3 of them took craploads of notes while I was answering. Sounda like they are loading a vfr course for September, fss for October and IFR after that...mightve been January. One of the interviewers was a vfr guy

Wow, that explains why they started interviewing so soon.

3 on 1 is pretty intimidating.

Agreed, three is so intimidating. I've definitely never interviewed for a panel like that before.
WoS, when did they receive your documents? Has it been over a week?
Hopefully we hear something this coming week.... after the long weekend I guess!
