I know this is being discussed in a few other threads so I thought it would be appropriate to consolidate.

I'm writing October 6th - this will be my first in-person assessment after writing the online test just a few months ago. Definitely a faster timeline than I expected.

Hoping to hear from others who have/will be writing in the coming days/weeks and good luck to all!

Congrats on your in person interview, acehigh. One step closer. I saw others posing this in other topics so I thought I would share my timeline.

OMG!!! So what you're saying is you are actually going through the process twice in essence because of the change in the admissions. WOW. While that absolutely sucks, I hope it means you are a strong enough candidate they wanted to be able to objectively assess you against others in the new system i.e. comparing apples to apples. I'm wishing you the best. This would be a dream come true for sure. I intend to post once I have taken the test. I know you cannot share much about exact contents of the testing but seeing others experience so far has given me a better sense of hope and makes me feel better to know there is nothing to do to prepare. Nothing worse than thinking there is something I SHOULD be doing but NOT doing. I look forward to future posts from you and hope to hear good news. Fingers crossed!

Any updates? Did anyone test in the last week or so?

Days are creeping slowly along for me. Pretty pumped to test on the 6th.

So I'm testing on the 3rd. Anybody know if the doodle thing actually saves your confirmation? I signed up for doodle and then sent my confirmation but looking at the link again just sorta resets it...

I emailed Olivia after using doodle because I had the same fear and she confirmed me the time slot I originally booked in.

It really is a terrible interface though. Surprised they use it.

Wrote FEAST today. It is indeed quite tough. Apparently it takes 4 weeks for results. YYZ running their bootcamp second week of November.

Is your group today the last?
I was in the first group so it's been a few weeks.

So I took the BEAST, I mean FEAST last week Monday (10/1). WOW! That's about all I can say. I will be gracious if I am asked back for the bootcamp lol. No surprises but surprised all at the same time.

If the bootcamp is being held 2nd week of November, seems like we should know in a couple weeks ish? They told us 4-6 weeks to hear back but maybe that was factoring the first week of test takers? All speculation at this point. Anyway, congrats to everyone that made it far enough to get a taste of the FEAST and good luck moving forward. I'm keeping my eyes on this post to see who's going through. Hope to be so lucky!

My group yesterday was the last group for this FEAST “season”. The next course serials for which this seasons testers are gunning for begin in April. It’s the full complement (IFR, VFR, FSS, FIC).

Have any of the folks who tested earlier in Sept got their result back? Should be any day for you guys I would think.

Sorry correction, I wrote on Sept 17 the Monday. I was in the first group of this batch.

I wrote Sept. 17 as well. I've been invited to the 15/16th bootcamp. Really thought I bombed that FEAST test, to be honest. They must be scraping the bottom of the barrel

Haha I thought the same thing, (I wrote it in April) but you don't have to think that, it's 100% computer scored and only the top get selected to move on. In my case it was the top 30 out of 250.

Jesus, 30 of 250? That's an 8.3% pass rate. These people are crazy.
