Does anybody had experience or a status on the new website to apply for ATC ?

It seems less user-friendly that they have previously.

I agree. I read somewhere in the NavCanada info pages that you write an Essay to give them an idea of why you want to work for them. I've applied, and completed the online assessment but I saw no place to put an Essay.

These third-party HR departments will be the death of business in Canada. They reduce every applicant to a number, there's no human interaction anymore. The essay requirement is probably dropped until you're actually talking to someone at NavCan instead of a computer algorithm generating an applicant score.

I think their process has changed with the new contract company/website.

I received a rejection email a few minutes ago saying to try again in 18 months. The NavCanada hiring pages says it takes the top x people (suggesting a ranking of scores) it needs but the email says I'm completely out.

¯\_(ツ)_/¯

e: On the third party website my application updated from 'Assessment' to 'Screen.'

does your test was completed some times ago ? , i failed the phone interview last year and my retry date was on december 6th, since the evaluation was ''reset'' by this new website, I tried another time and the 8 minutes test is still in evaluation since 5 days.

seems like it takes a way longer time than before....

I did the assessment 2 days ago. The website doesn't give me a date 18 months out that was just from the email.

Update: I emailed ATS Careers asking for clarity in the discrepancies between the new and old website. Their response said 18 months is the new norm and there is a cutoff point in the score now. Looks like I'm just SOL.

Having a cutoff score is better hoinestly, lets people know not to sit around waiting quickly if it's not meant to be.

Has anyone had issues with adding their education to the workday site? It will not allow me select the degree from the drop down.

The new website might seem basic when compared to the old system but it's brand new and they're actively working to get it up and running. I got to meet/see the Workday transition team at the Surrey ACC and it's 9 people hunched over laptops furiously typing/coding away. Suffice to say I think they want to be fully transitioned as soon as we want them to be. :D

Anyone had any glitches or issues with the new website? Specifically the status or title of a current application?
