Re: YWG Onsite Assessment - 2019
Applied recently, did FEAST and now have the next phase for October. I really hope we get to see our scores, I'm very curious as to how I did. Clearly "good enough", but I wonder how I scored on the afternoon stuff compared to the group's mean. I can't imagine the majority made it through.
Re: YWG Onsite Assessment - 2019
We never got to see our scores from FEAST or from the 2 day boot camp. They were never discussed. Just told us we did well enough to move to the next stage.
Some people got offers within 2 weeks of the boot camp with their preferred stream. And some got offers later. I feel like the people that got offers right away did better in the boot camp than others. That’s just my hunch.

Just noticed on the Take Charge website that they’ve updated all the important dates information.
Does this mean that there are no Winnipeg courses starting until next fall or will there still be courses starting in the spring?Winnipeg
We are hiring Air Traffic Controllers and Flight Service Specialists in Winnipeg. Our next courses begin in Fall 2020. Apply by January 31, 2020 to begin testing in a February 2020.
Looking forward to the boot camp! See you guys there.

Could be that they have a pool of candidates for spring training and any new candidates who apply now will start in the fall.

I was in the October boot camp and am now sitting in eligible for offer as well.
Could be offers going out in the new year for the spring courses I believe they said.

Re: YWG Onsite Assessment - 2019
Alright, sorry you didn't make it but a lot of people on here have been wondering about what DNMF means on workday (people are guessing Do Not Move Forward), but it sounds like they may have a variety of different categories or that designation does not show up with the email.
