Looking to rent a pad somewhere in the vicinity of Quebec city, or within an hours drive or so. Should only be there 2,3, maybe 4 nights a month. Able to pay in advance, monthly. Non smoker, quiet. Single guest room in a basement or something similar ideal, but certainly not picky.
