I currently have 10 units (1 all girl unit, 4 all guy units, 5 coed units).
New unit details: 2-bedroom 1 bath. One room girls. One room guys. 1st month is $230 plus $30 key deposit. After 1st month, promotions rates available lowering the rent to either $195 or $205 depending on the promotion you choose.

Free Wifi with a Rocket Booster Modem or Koda Modem so good connection everywhere in the pad. Cable TV. Most pads have a smart flat screen TV 40”-50”
Pads have either bunks or single twin beds.
Private bed (meaning nobody sleeps in your bed when you are not there). Bed are provided with linens: 2 pillows, fitted sheet and duvet and cover. Towel and face cloth provided. Linens are laundered regularly.
Real matresses are brand new from 2017-2018 with hypoallergenic mattress protector.
Every bunk has 3 outlets for your devices and a bunk light attached to your bed so it will always be there.
Designated stowage in both closet and bedroom. (2 Ikea Kallax bins and 1 large under bed stowage).
Black out curtains in rooms (at least that’s what the tags said)
Many bunk have semi-privacy curtains.
Personal small 6” fan is available for a deposit. (100% refundable) Attaches to your bed so it is always there for you.
All kitchens come fully equipped kitchen with Microwave, toaster, regular coffee maker, Tassimo coffee maker, blender, pots and pans, dishes, cups, glasses...essentials.
Some pads have a crockpot and grill.
Most pads have 2 fridges so everyone has a spot.
All tenants have designated stowage units in the kitchen as well.
3-bedroom units have 1 full bath and 1 half bath ensuite.
2-bedroom units have 1 full bath.
Air conditioner in each bedroom. Upper floor units have an AC unit in the living room also. Goal is to have all living rooms fitted with AC units before next summer.
Pad is organized. Tenants are required to do their dishes and maintain their spaces clean.
On average pad is cleaned twice a week. (One full cleaning and one mini cleaning a week).
Full access to common areas and balconies.
Only 1 direct bus ride away from YYZ! (Approx 10-20 mins depending on time of day). Uber one way is less than $10.
Parking available if needed. Extra cost payable to the building manager.
Many local amenities like grocery stores, beer store, banks and restaurants within 5-10 mins walk. It’s 600m or less according to Google
Maps to the store.
