I spoke with lawyer friend that practices liability law the other day,over coffee at the local tim's . he says those that refuse to get. the vaccine (except for legit medical reasons)are leaving the themselves wide open to crippling financial lawsuits, for negligence in civil court for sure and in extreme case possible criminal for failing to practice "due. diligence *not yet tested in court / but the precedent has been set in hiv cases. Also since the govt has provided at no extra cost for the vaccine there is no undo hardship . In his view and shared with colleagues this will be a lucrative area of law for several years.
So unless you got several millions saved up in your sock drawer to do battle in court, when someone sues you for killing their loved one by passing covid as you were refusing to get the shots. ya might want to rethink that position .

highly unlikely there would be a lawsuit as you did your "due diligence". Companies could face similar lawsuits for allowing un- vaccinated. workers in their workplace as a violation of occupational health safety .

You treat them as a monolith 'anti-vax" but my experience speaking and listening to people it couldn't be further from the truth.

Still no full vaccine approvals. Only "emergency use" and "interim" authorizations.
Still no agreement of what vaccines, and schedules will be accepted to be considered fully vaccinated in many jurisdictions.
Still no guarantee in this country that you'll receive the manufacturer approved dosing regime.
Still break through infections and high viral loads in vaccinated individuals.
Still a 99.5%++ survival rate.
