Judges not only preside over trials, but retain the right to decide what is trial-worthy. If one thinks their decision is legally wrong, they can file to appeal. If that appeal is denied or brings the same result, they're telling you that you're legally wrong. Luckily, they get the final say and not you.

The courts are compromised. We’ve tried this, and the judges play games and manipulate and make shit up that’s both illegal, unconstitutional, or unlawful. They either know what they are doing and are hellbent to side with corporations and their payouts, and not the best interest of the people, or they are absolutely clueless on what they are doing. My bet is he former. The only remedy (legal term) is to take them out (lawfully).
