posting pictures

So I have to get in on snowgooses latest effort. But I can't figure out how to post pics and I have used google to search the avcanada site. Or alternatively how do you search just this forum??? Anyway I see you need a file sharing service or you can post to AVcanada albums somehow. But I still don't get it. I see the little img box up there above me right now, but what does that do??? Thanks in advance for not flaming me for whatever :):)

Okay flame me. God I am a lunatic dumbass. Now I see the nice sticky right up there at the top that says "Posting Pictures" Oh my...I wonder what that's all about.
