British TV watching and the TT

Post by North Shore »

Any other IOM TT fans out there?

How can i watch the ITV 4 feed from North America? I can't figure out the Discovery Turbo that they suggest http://www.iomtt.com/TT-2012/TT-2012-on-TV.aspx so I'm a little confused as to where to go from here...

any ideas?

Thanks!

From what I can tell, Discovery Turbo is some sort of speciality channel which I don't think Shaw has. The only other way to watch ITV via its player is to use a proxy which you connect so it appears you're connecting from inside UK. It's the same idea as watching Hulu from Canada.

I use UnoTelly, it's only a few bucks a month and allows you to not only watch all of the British shows, but also get American Netflix which is far superior to what we get here in Canada.

www.UnoTelly.com - I've been using it for a while and love it.
