CRM 702 & 703 Small Operators
In Light of the current requirements put forth by TC regarding the implementation of every 702 and 703 Operator to be compliant with a Crew Resource Management Program that will be specific to their company, inclusive of COM amendment, submission of approval to their POI and active crews trained by January 31, 2019; their is an accessible option for operators to be in compliance.

Transport Canada Advisory Circular 700-042
CRM COMPLIANCE REQUIREMENTS BY JANUARY 31, 2019:
1) Company Operations Manual Amendment: CRM training plan - submitted by January 31, 2019.
2) Application to Primary Operations Inspector (POI): Approval for CRM training program as applicable to company specific – submitted by January 31, 2019.
3) Active Pilots: Trained by January 31, 2019.
4) Non- Active Pilots: Trained before resuming active duty.
Transport Canada (TC) Crew Resource Management (CRM) e-learning course.
Transport Canada is offering a CRM e-learning course with the overarching goal to provide guidance necessary in the validation process of their CRM training program.
TC training objectives are as follows:
1) TC’s Advisory Circular (AC) 700-042.
2) CRM training requirements checklist that forms part of AC 700-042.
3) Non-Technical Skill Elements and its relationship with TP 6533 Approved Check Pilot Manual.

1) Inclusive of 90 to 95% of critical information in a usable TRAINING FORMAT.

Yes, somehow it is also applicable to single pilot ops. Fancy way to legislate "Aviate, Navigate, Communicate"

I don't know anything about this course, but looks like a possible way to satisfy the requirements for single pilot ops: www.osrm.ca

One thing for sure getting training in CRM sounds really exciting.

Wait till we have to train people how to be adults per 703.98 of the new duty regs.

Compliance date has been pushed back until Sept 30, 2019.
