I can't imagine eating that....I use cheese cloth to wrap chunks of meat then put them in new burlap sacs ....they are tough, can be handled often and breath!

I took a nice pic of that AirDale Beaver at a floatplane fly-in at Anjigami Lake in 2008. It was magic hour for picture taking when the sun peeked out from the clouds a few minutes before sunset.
