This is my first topic, so apologies is the format or etiquette is wrong
I have 2 NVQ's in Aeronautical Engineering (Aircraft Mechanical Maintenance), Aircraft Maintenance Engineering Technology and Engineering Manufacture (Aerospace)
My question is will they count for anything when I move to BC this month?
I understand that I may have to do some conversion stuff to stay at the level I currently work at but I am hoping they are not worthless over there.
Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
British NVQ's in Canada, are they valued?

Your best bet would be to contact Transport Canada directly. Unfortunately, I think at best you may get a reduced apprenticeship time based upon documented experience, but you will still need to complete a Transport Canada approved basic training program.
